SessionLab is an online collaborative workshop planning tool that I have been using since 2019.
I use SessionLab to:
- Design an ad-hoc programme, drawing inspiration from a library of methods, or replicating past activities and session plans.
- Collaborate on workshop session plans with other facilitators, editing the programme in real time during the session
- Generate a list of supplies for in-person events
- Export a detailed event programme for my clients
SessionLab offers a free plan, as well as a paid plan starting at 15 US$ a month. There is a 50% discount available for qualifying NGOs (see conditions here) and a 50% education discount as well (see conditions here).
